After four days with the support team, they said it is not possible. This facility is offered on Binance's site. BInance's support representative asked me to contact Google and tell them there is something wrong with their authenticator app ! Then I tried to buy Bitcoins with a credit card about six months ago. Eventually one combination of devices and browsers worked. Eventually I solved the problem myself after preforming exactly the same operations dozens of times on different devices and with different browsers. I was with Binance support approximately 9 hours concerning this issue. I reinstalled Google Authentication at least 30 times, making sure the times were synchorised etc. I spent 12 hours trying to get Google Authentication to work again with Binance, after the codes it generated stopped being accepted. Information sent is out of date,and shows screens as they were a year ago, not as they are now. The Binance site does not work well, and the support staff, whilst polite,appear to have little knowledge. Why wont you send my funds? I have terminal cancer, and I so want my own money / funds placed into my Revolut account so I can get my two daughters and two grandchildren set up financially before my time is up! Here is the response that I was happy with Reply from Binance 5 days ago Hi Lindsay. Last week I completed and submitted a review about Binance and how i could not get a withdrawal completed. UPD #2: Time requested from me? Each time I'm requested to wait more and more: 10 mins, 30 mins, 1 hrs, 2 hrs, 6 hrs, 12 hrs, 24 hrs. Case ID #110***868 (looks like there are already more than a hundred million complaints). UPD #1: All that recommended stuff, I did. One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Binance earns billions of dollars (!!!) and don't even try to provide adequate service. Though, I checked that network by uploading a 1 Gb file to a cloud storage without any issues. Also, they said that there are issues with my network (they somehow saw that on the screenshots I sent them). Support recommends to change the smartphone!!! Then the support assistant disappeared and a new came and started telling the same lie. Verification via a desktop web browser is impossible. Their Android app is complete crap: doesn't allow uploading a photo nor taking a photo, hangs all the time, doesn't log in for 30 and more minutes. Cannot pass new verification (after previous document ID has expired).
